Delivery
All orders will be shipped from Florida, USA. Delivery dates

Packaging All items will be packaged and shipped as carefully and professionally as possible.
Shipping All items will be sent either by UPS, USPS or another professional delivery company of yours or our choosing to meet your delivery deadlines. We reserve the right to alter shipping carriers or shipping options.
We try to ship in-stock items within 2-5 business days whenever possible. Items, such as Archival Prints, Canvas reproductions and other items that need personalized specific attention may take 14 business days or more to ship. If you have specific deadlines for your purchase, please contact us prior to purchase. Choosing an express or rush shipping option does not speed up the production time, it only refers to transit time once it's shipped.

Certified bank checks and cash are also options which you may inquire about by contacting us. Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are proud of having a nearly perfect satisfaction rating. We sell honestly and are willing to help you before you make your purchase, so please be sure to ask any questions before placing your order and read through the descriptions.
1. All Archival Prints and Posters sales are final. 2. Apparel is exchangeable for size but must be returned unworn and in brand-new condition with tags. 3. Mobile phone cases may be exchanged but only when in new, unused condition with original packaging. We are not responsible for damage to cases after being used whereas dropping or mishandling of phones or cases may result in normal damage. 4. Jewelry is inspected carefully before shipping. Due to it's fragile nature, we are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or normal wear and tear. Our jewelry is hand-crafted and thus some minor imperfections may be seen in the pieces, this is normal.
Shipping
We have almost every package arrive perfectly. Damage during shipping is very uncommon, however if this should occur please let us know via email including photos within 24 hours of receiving. You may be able to issue a claim with shipping service (If shipping insurance was purchased.) We ship around the world and put a lot of care into packaging our products securely but we are not to be held responsible for damage during transit, thus we strongly encourage purchasing optional shipping insurance.
For International Customers: Many country's customs and inspections processes slow down deliveries sometimes 15-30 days. This is out of our control and we apologize if this occurs in your country. Also some countries charge VAT or import taxes when purchasing goods from the U.S.A.
Any exchanges or returns must be approved and authorized first and must be in new condition. 15% re-Stocking fees may apply. Sending back merchandise without an authorization does not guarantee any refund or exchange. If there is any issue with your order, please let us know, we are always very happy to help you.
